Tyler Hunt serves as Senior Vice President of Investments at Envolve, overseeing investment strategy, multifamily development, and acquisition execution. He leads underwriting, deal structuring, and transaction closings, contributing to the long-term expansion of Envolve’s owned portfolio.
Tyler began his career with the Alabama Housing Finance Authority in 2011, where he served as Compliance Auditor and later as Multifamily Underwriter, evaluating applications for affordable housing developments. He joined Envolve in 2017 as Development Officer and advanced into leadership roles including Senior Investment Officer and Vice President of Investments before assuming his current role in 2024. tyler.hunt@envolvellc.com
