Ty Tyson serves as Senior Vice President of Investments for Envolve, where he oversees acquisitions, development, structured finance, and tax credit syndication activities. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing transactions that support the company’s long-term investment strategy and expansion across its affordable housing portfolio.
Ty joined Envolve in 2019 after serving as Director of Public Finance at Stifel, where he helped close more than $500 million in debt for LIHTC transactions. His work in public-private housing finance spanned FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, tax-exempt bonds, private placements, and a wide range of federal, state, and local soft funding sources. ty.tyson@envolvellc.com
