Tammy Nunnally serves as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations for Envolve Communities, where she oversees a broad mix of affordable housing assets including LIHTC, bond-financed, Section 8, Section 236, and senior housing communities. She leads operational strategies, new development initiatives, lease-ups, and training programs to support consistent performance across Envolve’s owned portfolio.
Tammy joined Envolve in 2004 after 13 years as a Portfolio Manager with Picerne Real Estate Group and brings more than 30 years of multifamily operations experience. Throughout her career, she has directed operational transitions, implemented standardized policies and procedures, strengthened onsite and regional teams, and collaborated with partners and leadership to enhance asset health and long-term viability.
