Sara Daut serves as Vice President of Business Development for Envolve, where she leads initiatives to expand the company’s third-party management footprint. With more than 27 years of multifamily housing experience, she brings deep expertise across affordable, conventional, and mixed-income communities, with a strong background in operations, asset management, and compliance.
Before joining Envolve through the Lipton acquisition, Sara served as Director of Asset Management for Affordable Equity Partners (AEP), overseeing Asset Managers responsible for the construction, operations, and compliance of more than 17,000 units across seven states. Her earlier experience spans operational and leadership roles at Gundaker Commercial Group, The Lipton Group, Camden, and Professional Equities. sara.daut@envolvellc.com
