Robyn Edwards serves as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Operations, MPM, overseeing operations for the Texas portfolio, which includes a diverse mix of LIHTC, bond-financed, HOME, HUD-insured, and conventional assets. She leads a team focused on strengthening community performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting resident and owner expectations.
With more than 24 years of multifamily experience, Robyn previously served as Vice President of Property Management for MacDonald Property Management—now part of Envolve—where she oversaw nearly 4,000 units and supervised up to six Regional Supervisors. Her earlier roles included Regional Manager and Regional Director positions across the Southeast and Texas markets.
