Rebecca Cummings serves as Regional Vice President for the Client Services Group, overseeing Portfolio Managers and community operations across her multi-state region. She provides leadership in inspections, budgeting, marketing initiatives, financial analysis, training, and team development.
With more than 20 years of multifamily experience, Rebecca has managed affordable housing, student housing, lease-ups, and value-add repositioning projects.
