Senior Vice President, Acquisitions
Milly Koplos serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Envolve, where she leads the company’s multifamily acquisition efforts across its affordable and workforce housing portfolio. She is responsible for sourcing opportunities, directing underwriting, conducting financial and market analysis, negotiating transaction terms, and guiding deals through closing.
Milly joined Envolve in 2016 as an Investment Associate and quickly demonstrated strong analytical and leadership skills, helping expand the company’s acquisitions platform. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Research and Legislative Analyst for Blackridge Government Affairs, where she developed econometric and financial models evaluating the regulatory impact on client industries. She also worked as a GIS Analyst for HousingWorks Austin, supporting affordable housing advocacy through data-driven analysis. milly.koplos@envolvellc.com
