Michael Phelan serves as Senior Vice President of Investments and Planning for Envolve, where he leads financial planning, valuation, and analytical strategy. He works closely with the investment team to underwrite large-scale acquisitions and corporate transactions and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors’ Finance Committee.
Since joining Envolve in 2013, Michael has helped strengthen the company’s financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities. His work has supported major transactions and strategic initiatives that have advanced the company’s long-term financial stability and growth. Prior to Envolve, he served as Head of Asset Management for Equity Resource Investments, overseeing national property performance and portfolio strategy.
