Regional Vice President, Ross-Envolve
Mercedes Maestas serves as Regional Vice President for Ross-Envolve, a position she assumed in June 2025. She is responsible for supporting client relationships, guiding business development opportunities, and collaborating with Regional Managers to optimize property performance across her region.
Mercedes brings more than 22 years of affordable housing experience to her role. She began her career with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) in Compliance and later spent the majority of her career with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the Office of Multifamily Housing and Field Policy and Management. Her expertise in both the public and private sectors gives her a unique and well-rounded perspective on affordable housing operations, compliance, and policy.
