Chief Operating Officer
Mark McBrayer serves as Chief Operating Officer for Envolve, where he leads day-to-day operations and long-term operational strategy. Mark began his career with Summit Housing Partners in 2008 as an intern and quickly advanced into roles that spanned property operations, acquisitions, and asset management. His diverse experience across the company gives him a comprehensive understanding of the operational drivers that support portfolio success.
As an Acquisitions Officer, Mark sourced and closed transactions that expanded Envolve’s development pipeline. Later, as head of asset management, he oversaw departmental structure, performance reporting, and long-range planning strategies. Since being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021, Mark has focused on strengthening cross-departmental collaboration, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting the growth and development of onsite and regional teams. mark.mcbrayer@envolvellc.com
