Marie Peace serves as Vice President of Compliance Services at Envolve, where she oversees compliance operations, file quality, and regulatory readiness across the company’s affordable housing portfolio. With more than 25 years of experience in affordable housing management, she supports owners, investors, and property teams in navigating LIHTC, HUD, HOME, HPTF, Workforce Housing, and Public Housing program requirements.
Prior to joining Envolve, Marie served as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for the Franklin Group, where she oversaw compliance practices for more than 33,000 affordable units nationwide. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Tax Credit Consultant supporting state agencies, owners, and management companies across the country, providing deep technical insight into program compliance and portfolio performance.
Marie is a nationally recognized industry leader and frequent speaker, trainer, and panelist at conferences across the U.S. She currently serves on the HCCP Board of Governors, where she helps shape industry standards and promote excellence in compliance. marie.peace@envolvellc.com
