Senior Vice President, Compliance
Maggie Murtaugh serves as Senior Vice President of Compliance for Envolve Communities, where she oversees compliance policies, procedures, audits, and training across more than 300 affordable housing communities nationwide. She ensures adherence to LIHTC, HUD, HOME, NHTF, Bond, and other regulatory programs while supporting teams through evolving compliance standards.
Maggie joined Envolve in 2023 with over 20 years of affordable housing compliance experience, including senior leadership roles with Ambling Management and Cambridge Management. She previously oversaw multi-state portfolios and large compliance teams, managing complex regulatory requirements and guiding organizations through audits, operational transitions, and program changes.
Maggie is Vice President of Tax Credit Affairs for SAHMA and holds numerous designations, including NAHP-e, HCCP, SHCM, and CPO. maggie.murtaugh@envolvellc.com
