Regional Vice President
Louie West serves as Regional Vice President for the Client Services Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the affordable multifamily industry. A native of El Paso, Texas, Louie has managed diverse communities across Texas and surrounding markets. He is known for building collaborative, high-performing teams and implementing operational systems that support sustainable performance.
Louie holds the CAPS designation and is recognized by the Texas Apartment Association as a certified Housing Tax Credit Specialist. He has also been an active participant in National Apartment Association initiatives since 2015, staying up to date on regulatory changes and best practices.
