Kea Calame
Kea Calame serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Envolve, overseeing asset optimization, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning for the company’s affordable housing portfolio. She leads strategy development to enhance operational efficiency, protect asset value, and ensure compliance with federal and state housing programs.

Kea joined Envolve in 2006 and has served in multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Development, where she directed all phases of affordable housing development projects. Prior to Envolve, she worked as a Senior Asset Management Analyst for Collateral Mortgage Capital, managing construction loans for Agency and FHA-financed projects.
