Jake Turner serves as Co-President of Envolve’s Client Services Group, overseeing portfolio performance, business development, and compliance operations for the company’s third-party management platform. He cultivates client partnerships, leads new business growth efforts, and ensures full regulatory adherence across LIHTC, HUD, and other housing programs.
Jake joined Envolve in 2016 and has held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations & Compliance, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller. He has modernized internal systems, implemented data-driven decision frameworks, and strengthened operational consistency across the platform.
