Jake Turner serves as Co-President of Envolve Client Services Group, where he helps lead the company’s third-party property management platform across a diverse portfolio of affordable, workforce, senior, and market-rate communities. In this role, Jake focuses on portfolio performance, client service, business development, operational strategy, financial results, and the continued integration of scalable systems and best practices across the platform.
Since joining Envolve in 2016, Jake has held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations & Compliance, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller. His background in operations, accounting, auditing, data analysis, and process improvement gives him a broad perspective on property performance, client needs, risk management, and organizational execution. He has played a key role in strengthening reporting, improving operational discipline, supporting growth initiatives, and aligning teams around measurable results.
Prior to joining Envolve, Jake worked in the audit practice at Ernst & Young, serving large publicly traded clients in the Memphis area. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis, each with an emphasis in Accounting.
