Senior Vice President, Portfolio Director
Debbie Workman serves as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Director for Envolve Communities, overseeing operations for LIHTC, bond-financed, Section 8, Section 236, senior housing, and conventional properties. She also supervises the Compliance Director and team, ensuring alignment between operations and regulatory standards.
Debbie has more than 30 years of multifamily experience and has managed more than 90 properties during her career. She joined Envolve in 2008 after serving as Vice President of Operations for Southwest Housing, where she led new construction communities, lease-ups, and operational transitions. Her earlier tenure at AIMCO spanned 17 years and included serving as Regional Vice President for Colorado and Texas.
She holds industry certifications including HCCP, CAM, CAPPS, and COS, and is widely respected for her operational insight, regulatory expertise, and strong leadership across multi-state teams. debbie.workman@envolvellc.com
