Regional Vice President, Excel – A Division of Envolve
Chris Hanson serves as Regional Vice President for Excel, a division of Envolve, where he oversees Portfolio Managers and directs day-to-day and financial operations for the Excel portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience at Excel Property Management, he has advanced from Maintenance Technician to Asset Manager to Director of Property Management before becoming Regional Vice President.
Chris spent 12 years as an Asset Manager overseeing 23 communities totaling 1,326 units. His extensive experience includes LIHTC operations, financial analysis, capital planning, and team development. His deep knowledge of Excel’s operations and long-standing relationships throughout the organization make him a valued and trusted leader.
