Cara Baker serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for the Client Services Group, where she oversees HR, payroll, training, and marketing operations supporting Envolve’s third-party management platform. Her responsibilities include employee relations, benefits and compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
Cara joined Envolve in 2009 and brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, homebuilding, and corporate environments.
