Brooke Parra serves as Co-President of Envolve Client Services Group, bringing more than 20 years of multifamily housing and property management experience. Throughout her career, she has progressed through nearly every operational level of the industry, including Leasing Consultant, Community Manager, Portfolio Manager, Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President. This comprehensive operational background provides her with a unique perspective on both site-level execution and portfolio-wide strategy, allowing her to effectively lead teams while maintaining a strong focus on owner objectives and asset performance.
As Co-President, Brooke is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of Envolve’s Client Services Group portfolio. She works closely with ownership partners to develop and execute asset strategies that maximize performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve long-term investment goals. In addition, she provides leadership and guidance to Envolve’s Regional Vice Presidents, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and exceptional client service across the organization.
Brooke is a recognized leader within Colorado’s affordable housing industry and is actively involved in advancing housing education and professional development. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain Heartland AHMA, is a member of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority REACH Education Committee, and contributes to the affordable housing curriculum at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She previously served on the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, helping shape affordable housing policy and program implementation throughout the state.
Brooke is also a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and is widely respected for her leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to strengthening affordable housing communities throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
