Brooke Parra serves as Co-President of Ross-Envolve and the Client Services Group. Over her 20-year tenure with Ross, she has advanced through nearly every operational role, including Leasing Consultant, Community Manager, Portfolio Manager, Director of Operations, Chief Operations Officer, and Executive Vice President. This deep experience shapes her leadership across both onsite and regional operations.
In her current role, Brooke oversees day-to-day operations for a substantial portion of the Ross-Envolve portfolio while leading a team of Portfolio Managers responsible for the remaining assets. She collaborates with property teams on inspections, marketing strategy, capital improvements, and special initiatives.
