Senior Vice President, Project Finance
Bridget Hammett serves as Senior Vice President of Project Finance at Envolve, overseeing asset dispositions, refinancings, lender and regulatory consents, transaction feasibility, and special projects for the company’s owned portfolio. She plays a key role in ensuring that Envolve’s assets are positioned for long-term financial and operational success.
Bridget joined the predecessor to Envolve in 1996 after a career in commercial banking, including responsibilities related to acquisitions for Colonial BancCorp. During her career with Envolve, she has executed numerous recapitalizations involving tax-exempt bonds, FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac financing. She has led more than twenty limited-partner interest acquisitions and has provided platform-level leadership in the development and sale of a senior housing business.
Bridget has been appointed to the Alabama Statewide Health Coordinating Council and the Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administration. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Board for Ezekiel Academy. bridget.hammett@envolvellc.com
