Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Auburn University and a Juris Doctorate from the Jones School of Law. He is active in his community as an Outreach Leader with Church of the Highlands, supporting service efforts throughout central Alabama.Brian Hicks
Associate General Counsel
Brian Hicks serves as Associate General Counsel at Envolve, supporting the Risk Management team and handling legal matters across the company’s multifamily portfolio. His responsibilities include reviewing contracts, preparing legal correspondence, coordinating with outside counsel, and ensuring the consistent and compliant delivery of legal services across departments.
Brian joined Envolve in 2023 with decades of combined leadership and legal experience. He began his career with a multimedia company shortly after earning his bachelor’s degree and advanced through roles in business operations and legal counsel while completing his Juris Doctorate. He ultimately served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, overseeing legal affairs, operational strategy, and administrative functions.
