Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Andrea Jordan serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Envolve Communities, where she oversees HR operations including employee relations, payroll, recruiting, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, policy development, and FMLA compliance. Her work ensures that Envolve’s people practices support both the company’s mission and its operational needs.
Andrea has been with Envolve for more than 23 years and has held leadership roles across accounting, compliance, payroll, and human resources. With over 18 years of HR experience, she brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong understanding of organizational needs and employee engagement. She has been instrumental in implementing HR systems, modernizing policies, and strengthening training and support programs across the company.
She also maintains PHR and SHRM-CP designations and serves on the Montgomery SHRM Board as Membership Director. andrea.jordan@envolvellc.com
